The Georgina wedding set is part of the Semi Custom Collection in which you can change the font, font color and all text. Art changes are possible as an additional fee but will not be included in the preliminary mockup. Upgrade items can be added to your set for an additional fee.

With the purchase of this listing, you will receive a mockup of the semi custom set to include the pieces you'd like with your preferred font, text and copy. Only the semi custom items will be included within the mockup. Any custom art changes or custom commissions will not be included in the preliminary mockup. Any custom art upgrades will follow the custom track with the proof delivered in the custom track timeline. The balance of your quote will be due upon proof approval prior to print production.

Mockup proof is for the semi custom items only. Any custom illustration option will not be included in the mockup. Message me with the copy/text along with your preferred font choice and envelope color.

Once mockup is approved, the balance will be due prior to print production.

Details if artwork is commissioned:

All artwork is hand painted by me using watercolor paint on watercolor paper. Any original artwork commission is NOT included in the price but can be purchased separately if you'd like to keep as mementos -- keep in mind the artwork will not reflect the finished piece but several separate art pieces that are composed post production.

Shipping Details:

Complimentary shipping to a single destination within the United States. Original artwork is not included in the pricing and will not be shipped.

FOR SEMI CUSTOM INVITATIONS

1. Message me with the names, event details and the wording you'd like to use. I will message you with the guest address form you will need to fill out. No screenshots or word documents will be accepted.

2. A personalized proof will be provided in 3 business days not including weekends and US holidays. If you are upgraded with custom illustration, proof time will be 3-6 weeks from time of purchase. Rush option may be available for an additional fee. Please ask in advance if that is something you need.

3. Once the proof is approved, we will go into production. Production time: 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

4. Your package will be sent via USPS priority or UPS ground which takes approximately 2-6 business days.

5. Consider ordering 10 additional sets just in case for lost mail, postage problems, photography layout and keepsake rather than purchases a new order with a minimum of 25.

FOR CUSTOM WORK - THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

1. Payment is required prior to starting work on designs and being placed on my painting schedule.

2. When it comes to design materials that include text, please note that I simply copy and paste what you write for these materials from your email/pdf file. It is your responsibility to proofread what you send prior to sending it. Once a proof is provided, look it over carefully. Once you approve, it will then go into production. Any reprints will be an additional separate charge.

3. If you have a rush project, please contact me for additional fees. Message me for current proof turnaround times. If you are interested in a rush option, you will need to respond quickly to any questions or proofs.

4. Please note that I prefer all communication with my clients to be in written form, via email or online ETSY conversations for me to reference while working.

5. Unless otherwise noted, not responding within 2 weeks of the delivery of your design(s) will push you to the end of the line.

6. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

7. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon, a project is considered abandoned if a design has not been finalized, and I have not heard from the customer in 6 months. I reserve the rights to all abandoned designs.

I strive to submit your personalized illustration to you in a timely manner as I promise. However, it is your responsibility to follow up with your projects after I deliver the designs to you. I will do everything possible to make you happy and make the process straightforward and fun!
